Product Warranty Outside JAPAN

Oyaide Electric has authorized distributors in many countries of the world. In each country, the authorized distributor or dealer thereof has accepted the responsibility for warranty of products sold in their respective countries. Warranty service is obtained from the authorized distributor or dealer from whom you purchased your product.

Oyaide Electric also provides a limited, non-transferable, one (1) year warranty to original owners who purchased Oyaide product through an authorized Oyaide dealer within your country of residence.

At its option, through the authorized Oyaide dealer and distributor, Oyaide Electric will repair or replace any defective product that has not been abused, for up to one year from the original date of purchase. Proof of original purchase must be required.

This limited warranty does not cover any defects or damage that is caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, tampering, and loss of original parts or reasonable wear and tear of normal use, malfunctions caused by other equipment or costs of removal, return or re-installation. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

This warranty is not applicable to product originally purchased through unauthorized retailer/vendors.

When you have any problems or questions about Oyaide products, please contact your retailer that you purchased the product at first.

Product Warranty when you purchase Oyaide product in JAPAN or from JAPAN

For this case, the warranty and repair services are available only in Japan.
We are not able to provide the services overseas,
So we will respond to you when you come to Japan or return to Japan.
