PCOCC-A

This is an ultra pure single crystal copper originally developed by Professor Ohno. It was then further evolved into PCOCC utilizing a single copper grain wire. This design results in an extremely low level of signal disturbance and loss factor due to the lack of crystallinebordersin the signal path.

We have further evolved this technology with a highly controlled heating and cooling process and improved surface management to realize mirror finish. It is now called PCOCC-A and it is the eepitome of Japanese craftsmanship.

STRUCTURE / INSULATOR

The structure of PA-02 is a traditional balanced type shielded wire. The conductor's structure is reversing concentric lay structure. It is the high density between a wire and stranding to evenness,and a random space is excluded.As a result, the sound didn't have a distortion.The insulator used the foam polypropylene with a low dielectric constant.The transmission loss by a low electrostatic capacity decreases.
What is more, The impedance was set to 120Ω. It can be used for not only the analogue signal but also digital (AES/EBU) signal. An outer shield uses same PCOCC-A as the conductor.
A quality of PA-02 transcends that of all other entry model.It is an ultimate cost performance.

Oyaide is thought that the plug is a components of the cable.
The plug used brass of conformity to RoHS directive. It was processed by the NC machining, and plated with 24ｋ.A central contact adopted pipe structure and got a signal transmission area.An internal insulating material adopted PTFE that the permittivity is low,and reduced transmission loss.The shell of the outline processes the chrome plating, and it was the feeling of kunrling suggestive of the camera lens. And furthermore,the outside diameter made in the minimum size.As a result , a smooth connection is possible by the equipment that it is the narrow between terminals such as AV amplifiers.
