Resonance characteristics of the chassis dominate the eventual sound quality of audio equipment.With 25 years of experience at the leading edge of the field,we simplified the structure to minimum,in order to avoid complexity of internal resonance because every little component has its own resonance frequency.We also researched thoroughly in selecting perfect material for each section as well as compatibilities among them,even down to screws and washers.We went even further to harmonize them developing our own heat treatment process for each and every component.Together with our own internal wiring system and original super receptacles; we realized the ultimate power distribution system for Audiophiles.
Main Chassis
2.0mm thick Brass plate formed to shape for rigidity,speed and good internal energy absorption property.Surface finishing is with extra thick layers of non-electrolytic nickel ground plating and finishing chrome plating to further enhance rigidity and speed characteristics as well as to improve shielding effect against wider range of E.M.I. |
Further Resonance Control
Main body/insulator is made of Nylon with glass filler mixed in;for high heat resistance,rigidity and high resonance absorbing factor.We also avoided common rubber feet,instead fitted with 4 Brass spikes which can easily be changed to 3 feet configuration by relocating them. |
Internal Wiring
2.0mm dia., high purity (4N) solid Silver,extensively annealed in low temperature to remove mechanical distortion/stress from extrusion process.We apply further highly controlled process to form smoother and stronger surface for distortion free electron transport as well as to eliminate mechanical weakness from annealing.This process enables Silver to break through to the new level in quality of sound.Internal connection to each outlet is independent; to avoid interfered supply and for evenness.All connections are Lead free. |
Electrical Contacts (receptacle)
We tested every possible option for this crucial part, and concluded to use highly polished, deoxidized Phosphorus Bronze as base material for the most secure contact and minimum contact resonance. For finishing and to determine the final sound quality, we apply extra thick layer (1.5micron) of Silver plating directly, polish (twice) the surface, then apply the finishing Rhodium plating (0.3micron). This process is strictly controlled for optimum balance and quality of sound. These contacts are supported by 24k gold plated, non-magnetic brass fittings. |
